## Title: Power Plant Supervisor
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this supervisory position focused on power plant operations and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee daily power plant operations
- Perform maintenance of gas generator sets
- Carry out proper preventive and corrective maintenance actions
- Maintain daily operational checklists including logbook entries, power readings, and fuel readings
- Manage 12.5 MW gas generators independently
Required Experience
- Hands-on experience in power plant operations
- Experience maintaining Wärtsilä gas engines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex equipment
Required Skills & Knowledge
- SCADA system knowledge (priority)
- Gas generator operation and maintenance
- Preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
- Equipment monitoring and record-keeping
