About the Role

A Clothing Store Supervisor manages daily store operations by leading staff, overseeing sales and inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Sales & Performance: Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and develop strategies to meet sales targets and drive store growth.
• Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and complaints professionally, and by providing product knowledge.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ensure accurate inventory records, and manage the process for receiving, storing, and replenishing merchandise to meet customer demand.
• Store Operations: Maintain the store's cleanliness, orderliness, and visual appeal, ensuring all safety and security measures are in place.
• Policy & Procedure: Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and strategies to create a positive and productive store environment.

Required Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor's Degree
• 4-5 years of relevant work experience
