Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate catering staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service

• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
• Prepare and submit reports on catering activities, costs, and service quality

Requirements

• Diploma in Catering, Hospitality Management, Food & Nutrition, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in catering services supervision (industrial catering, hotels, or corporate organizations preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards
