Supervisor / Cashier at The Label Store

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Process customer transactions, handle cash, and reconcile daily sales reports
• Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with company policies
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent service delivery
• Train and support cashiers to maintain accuracy, courtesy, and professionalism
• Ensure proper cash control, safeguard company assets, and minimize losses
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly financial and operational reports to management

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Cashier, Supervisor, or similar role in a supermarket, retail chain, or FMCG environment
• Strong knowledge of cash handling, POS systems, and reconciliation processes
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
• Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
