Position Overview

LEAM Consulting Limited is seeking a qualified Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our supermarket and pharmacy location in Ashi Bodija, Ibadan.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the supermarket and pharmacy, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage and supervise supermarket staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability through merchandising and promotional activities

Required Qualifications

• HND qualification or B.Sc Degree in a related field of study
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a supermarket or retail environment
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures
• Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software

Compensation

N80,000 per month
