We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support staff performance, and ensure outstanding customer service delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining our salon's standards and contributing to a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate salon staff activities and schedules
• Ensure top-quality customer service and handle client inquiries or complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene standards
• Provide feedback, training, and motivation to team members
• Support implementation of salon policies and promote a productive work environment

Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Management or relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role (preferably in a salon, spa, or retail setting)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
