Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the supermarket including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage and supervise supermarket staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability, including merchandising and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- HND / B.Sc in any related field of study
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures.
- Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.
