Job Description - Petcare Supermart is seeking a passionate, experienced, and hardworking graduate to join our team as a Supermart Attendant. - The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, organized shopping environment. Key Responsibilities - Assist customers with product selection and inquiries. - Ensure shelves are fully stocked, neat, and well-arranged. - Maintain accurate knowledge of products and their uses. - Process sales, handle POS transactions, and issue receipts. - Monitor inventory and report low-stock items. - Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. - Receive deliveries and help with stock arrangement. - Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times. - Follow store policies and maintain high service standards. Qualifications - OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant field. - Must be experienced in retail, customer service, or supermarket operations. - Passionate, reliable, and customer-focused. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer and POS operation skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision. - Preferred: Candidates who live in or around Ikeja.
