About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Supermarket Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for leading store operations, driving sales performance, and managing a team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve or exceed fixed sales targets
• Ensure the store operates in full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Induct, train, develop, and promote staff members to various positions within the company
• Maintain and update a detailed catchment diary with store catchment information
• Regularly review product assortments and categories, providing recommendations to management based on market trends and customer demands
• Take full accountability for all products, services, and personnel within the assigned store
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of brand values and company standards

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience managing retail, sales, or showroom operations
• Strong commercial acumen and marketplace knowledge
• Excellent eye for visual standards and store presentation
• Proven track record of successful people management
• Passion for the brand with demonstrated commitment to company integrity and values
• Effective communication skills with all stakeholders
• Ability to actively identify and implement operational efficiencies
