Role Overview - Our client is seeking an experienced, result-driven Supermarket Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, ensure excellent customer experience, and maintain strong control over inventory, staff performance, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end supermarket operations and ensure smooth daily running - Drive sales performance, profitability, and cost control - Manage inventory, stock levels, shrinkage, and supplier relationships - Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver high performance - Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations professionally - Enforce compliance with health, safety, and operational standards - Prepare sales, stock, and performance reports for management. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Supermarket or Retail Manager - Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills - Solid understanding of inventory management and retail operations - High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure and deliver results consistently.
