Role Summary

We are seeking a Style & Guest Experience Lead who will elevate our brand presence through exceptional fashion styling, etiquette coaching, and premium guest coordination across our concierge and hostess teams.

This role blends high-end fashion styling, luxury hospitality etiquette, and team leadership, ensuring our bottle girls and hostesses look stunning, move with grace, and deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience every night.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the concierge and hostess team
• Style bottle girls and hostesses for elegance, glamour, and brand alignment
• Oversee bottle glorification routines and formations during operations
• Train staff on poise, etiquette, body language, and guest interaction
• Ensure hostesses are familiar with all VIP tables, minimum spends, and guest protocols
• Maintain grooming standards including hair, makeup, wardrobe, and accessories
• Curate glamorous looks and ensure wardrobe readiness for each shift
• Coordinate bottle presentations with music, lighting, and choreography teams
• Maintain synergy between concierge and bottle service staff during service
• Ensure graceful movement, posture, and professional table-side service presence
• Conduct pre-service checks on appearance and presentation etiquette
• Create styling calendars and look books aligned with brand identity
• Collaborate with the creative team on brand aesthetics and guest experience moments

Requirements

• Proven experience in fashion styling or luxury hospitality
• Knowledge of makeup, grooming, and wardrobe curation
• Strong presence, poise, and communication skills
• Ability to supervise and lead a team with sensitivity and professionalism
• Flexibility to work nightlife hours, weekends, and special events
