## Title: Strategy Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, analytical and execution-focused Strategy Assistant to join Kloverharris Limited as part of the Executive Office. This role works directly with the Managing Partner, supporting strategic planning, operational coordination and executive effectiveness across the firm.

The successful candidate will help translate leadership priorities into structured action plans, ensure follow-through across teams, and support the Managing Partner in maintaining focus on high-impact initiatives.

This position sits at the centre of the firm's operating rhythm and combines elements of strategy support, executive coordination, performance tracking and project management. This is a developmental role for an individual with strong potential to grow into a future Chief of Staff position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic planning and executive effectiveness initiatives
  • Translate leadership priorities into structured action plans
  • Coordinate execution across teams and monitor follow-through
  • Track performance on high-impact initiatives
  • Manage multiple work streams and projects simultaneously
  • Provide analytical support and structured problem-solving

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in business management, consulting, or operations within a financial services or strategy-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field
  • Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present ideas clearly and concisely
  • Fluent English language proficiency (written and spoken)
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion and sound judgement
  • Diligent and meticulous, with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Highly adaptable, able to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or postgraduate qualification
  • Proficiency in macOS Keynote, Numbers and Pages
