Storekeeper / Sales Representative - Wuse at Iknorbert Communications Limited

About the Role

This position combines storekeeper and sales responsibilities. You will manage inventory and oversee in-store operations while generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, monitor inventory turnover, and ensure timely replenishment of goods
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records
• Receive incoming shipments into the warehouse, inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies
• Unpack and store items in designated locations within the store/warehouse
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including sales, receipts, and inventory levels

Order Processing & Logistics

• Process orders, pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery or shipment to customers
• Manage the logistics of outgoing shipments

Store Operations

• Ensure that the store or warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and research potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging online platforms
• Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their needs and present the company's products or services
• Be well-informed about the features, specifications, and benefits of the products or services we represent

Requirements

• HND, B.Sc., OND, or NCE in a relevant and related field
• Minimum 3 years of storekeeping/sales experience in a similar business
• Experience with mobile phones, accessories, and electronics technology
• In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
