## Title: Storekeeper / Inventory Officer
Position Overview
La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Storekeeper to manage inventory operations within our hospitality facility. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality establishment and possess a strong understanding of stock control, documentation, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming supplies and materials
- Properly record, store, and organize items in designated storage areas
- Issue stock accurately to departments based on approved requisitions
- Maintain up-to-date stock records, bin cards, and inventory reports
- Conduct regular stock counts and support periodic audits
- Ensure proper handling and storage of perishable and non-perishable items
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the store
- Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper in a hospitality establishment (hotel, resort, restaurant, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping procedures
- Ability to receive and issue items accurately and responsibly
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items when required
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and record-keeping skills
- Honest, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
