## Title: Storekeeper
About the Role
Our client is a multi-solution consulting firm with a passion for quality, honesty, and excellence. We are seeking a Storekeeper to join our team at our Lekki site.
Key Responsibilities
Professional Techniques & Production
- Manage supplies and stocks effectively
- Account for the inward and outward movement of goods
- Ensure that deliveries correspond to orders and apply storage guidelines
- Manage supplier relations and track quality of supplier partnerships
- Indicate when stocks are running low or excessive
- Ensure optimal arrangement of goods under your responsibility
- Help improve merchandise ratios
Management & Administration
- Track effective stock management and application of brand and corporate purchasing directives
- Apply procedures regarding purchase orders, delivery slips, and invoicing
- Liaise with Project Accountant
Hygiene, Safety & Environment
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the workplace
- Ensure safety of goods under your responsibility
- Respect and follow instructions and safety guidelines for equipment used
- Adhere to Environment Charter responsibilities (energy saving, recycling, waste sorting, etc.)
- Apply all security regulations
Required Qualifications & Experience
- HND in Business Administration or any other related field
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Storekeeper in a construction or hospitality firm
Required Skills
- Proficiency in computer use, particularly word processing, spreadsheet programs, and internet applications
- Strong knowledge of Peachtree accounting software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Solid mathematical and accounting skills with ability to conduct financial analysis
- High ethics, honesty, and loyalty

Candidate should reside within proximity to the Lekki axis.
