About the Role
We are looking for a full-time, organized, and experienced storekeeper to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. In this role, you will manage all stock and inventory operations, ensure store maintenance, and maintain inventory-related records. You will be responsible for the safe custody of all store-related inventory, from ordering and receiving to managing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and replenish supply inventories following company guidelines
- Receive, upload, and shelf all supplies and inventory items
- Perform stock-related duties including returning, packing, labelling, and pricing goods
- Inspect deliveries for discrepancies or damage
- Rotate stock and dispose of surplus and expired quantities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate Material Received Reports (MRR)
- Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement purposes
- Manage store layout and coordinate freight and equipment movement
- Supervise other staff members and maintain sales records
- Cross-verify monthly reports at the end of each month
- Ensure proper completion of documentation for orders and purchases
- Maintain a neat, clean, and safe working environment in accordance with government regulations
