## Title: Store Supervisor / Store Manager
About the Role
Zael Business Management and Consulting seeks a reliable and organized Store Supervisor / Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our household goods store in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store activities and staff operations
- Ensure shelves are properly stocked and products well displayed
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking with suppliers
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reduce stock losses
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Track sales performance and prepare basic reports
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the store
- Train and guide store attendants and cashiers
- Implement pricing and promotional strategies
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in retail or store management
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work
