This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The Store Officer is responsible for accurate stock keeping, timely replenishment of goods, cost control, waste reduction, and adherence to inventory management policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify the quality and quantity of goods delivered to the store
• Maintain real-time and accurate stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, cleaning supplies, uniforms, and other consumables
• Reorder stock promptly to avoid shortages or excess inventory
• Ensure the store environment is clean, pest-free, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations
• Implement control measures to reduce spoilage, pilferage, and expiration of items
• Keep detailed reports of damaged, expired, or returned items
• Organize the store layout for efficient movement, storage, and stock visibility

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management practices
• Analytical and numerical proficiency
• Familiarity with POS, ERP, or inventory management systems
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
