Store Officer

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Major Responsibilities - Receive, inspect, and record all food items, beverages, and restaurant supplies - Ensure proper storage of items according to hygiene and safety standards - Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock cards/system regularly - Issue items to kitchen and service staff based on approved requisitions - Monitor stock levels and report low or expired items promptly - Prevent loss, damage, or pilferage of store items - Coordinate with procurement and management on stock replenishment - Conduct regular stock counts and prepare inventory reports Requirements: - Minimum of OND / HND qualification (additional qualifications are an advantage) - Previous experience as a Store Officer or Storekeeper, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting - Basic knowledge of inventory management - Good organizational and record-keeping skills - Ability to work under pressure and maintain cleanliness standards - Honesty, reliability, and attention to detail.
