Job description
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.
Major Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, supplies, and products against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock updates, documentation, and data entry in the inventory management system.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of items in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations, and promptly report any discrepancies.
- Issue materials to production and other departments as requested, ensuring proper authorization and record-keeping.
- Conduct periodic and monthly stock reconciliations and support internal or external audits.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and security within the store area.
- Coordinate with the procurement and production teams to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize losses and wastage.
- Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental regulations in all store operations.
Education:
al Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Accounting.
Other Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Officer, Storekeeper, or Inventory Clerk, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
- Good numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
