## Title: Store Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our store. In this role, you will manage staff, deliver excellent customer service, and drive achievement of business targets while maintaining alignment with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff and customer-related issues effectively and professionally
- Report to the Head of Business with strategic plans and initiatives to improve customer experience
- Ensure store staff are well-coordinated and aligned with their daily responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving customer complaints and issues
- Monitor and ensure accurate reconciliation of all transactions by relevant team members
- Negotiate and grow business relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products available at the store
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding expectations
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and credit terms
- Provide timely feedback on new product performance and price changes
- Drive sales by closing deals and achieving store targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in store management and meeting sales targets
- Proficient in computer systems and their integration with related gadgets
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Excellent numeric and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
