We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, ensure smooth store performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective team supervision and product promotion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, maintenance, and product displays
• Develop employee schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2 - 5 years of proven experience in retail or store management
• Strong leadership, communication (oral and written), and interpersonal skills
• High level of flexibility and customer service orientation
