We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview: - We are hiring a talented Store Manager to join our existing top-notch team, who is passionate and a self-starter to manage our team in our factory. Key Responsibilities: - General understanding of parts consumed in the industry - Ensure compliance of sop for receipts and issues of spares - Ensure inventory management and planning and raise requisition as per sop - Spares management and planning - Ensure spares cost is optimized - Ensure 5s and good housekeeping of stores - Ensure monthly physical verification of spares on cyclical basis - Ensure training and development to team - Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting - Ensure no pilferage and necessary controls are put Requirements: and skills - BSc, HND in Bus Admin, Management, or related Field - Min 8-10 cognate experience as store in charge - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to direct and supervise - Must have a background experience in ProductionCompany
