Store Manager

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store in line with company standards - Lead, supervise, and develop store staff to ensure optimal performance - Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, pricing, and customer engagement strategies - Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and loss prevention - Coordinate receiving, storage, and documentation of all stock movements - Monitor store financial performance and prepare regular sales and operational reports - Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and security - Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and responsible alcohol retail practices - Handle escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently Required Qualifications: & Experience - Minimum educational qualification: SSCE / OND (higher qualification is an advantage) - Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a Store Manager or supervisory role, preferably within drinks or FMCG retail - Strong understanding of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage retail operations - Proven leadership and people management skills - Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical abilities - High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to details.
