About the Role

An established company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory operations and maintain warehouse operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock
• Organize and maintain the store/warehouse in a clean and orderly manner
• Ensure accurate stock-keeping, labeling, and proper storage of goods
• Issue materials and products as requested and maintain comprehensive transaction records
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile findings with system records
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages
• Carry out additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE/OND qualification (additional certifications in store management or inventory control is a plus)
• Proven experience as a store keeper or in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication abilities and basic computer skills (MS Excel and inventory software)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
