Store / Inventory Officer at White Soul Group

About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Store/Inventory Officer to join our team in Calabar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock, ensuring accurate record-keeping, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining proper storage procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials
• Issue items from the store to departments as requested, ensuring proper documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records (manual and electronic)
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure proper storage, safety, and security of all inventory items
• Prepare and submit periodic inventory reports to management
• Work closely with procurement and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in storekeeping, inventory, or stock management
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software (an added advantage)
