Job Summary

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. You will be responsible for receiving waybills, monitoring stock movement from the company to customers or clients, and maintaining inventory accuracy to ensure physical counts align with system figures in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices and waybills for loading by the supply chain department
• Examine and compile all invoices on a daily basis to verify their correctness
• Monitor stock movement from the company to customers using accounting software
• Conduct daily and monthly stock counts of finished goods
• Prepare daily stock reports for management decision-making through SAP
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system report balances
• Carry out regular audits to ensure the department follows established procedures
• Check expiration dates of products and inform management for decision-making
• Perform daily physical stock checks and compare with SAP balances
• Review all customer invoices for payment verification and processing
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by your direct supervisor

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Accounting from a recognized university or polytechnic, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience in stock management in manufacturing companies
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
