## Title: Station Manager
Job Summary
The Station Manager ensures on-time performance of all domestic, regional, and international flights, managing transit passengers, baggage, cargo, and aircraft activities. This role requires the highest standard of service and efficiency with safety, security, and punctual departure as top priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of station operations, ensuring safe, punctual, efficient, and smooth operations
- Assume direct responsibility for Station Agents, Customer Service Agents, Security Staff, Ticketing and Reservation Officers, Dispatchers, Ramp Agents, Drivers, Catering Officers, Check-in Agents, and Baggage Handlers
- Direct all activities related to station operations and coordinate functions to ensure superior customer service, operational integrity, and positive employee relations
- Develop schedules ensuring cost compliance and allocate needed resources
- Ensure customer service representatives are fully trained, knowledgeable, and provide superior customer service
- Ensure compliance with all UNA Ground Operation Manuals, Load Manuals, Station Manuals, and other relevant station management documents
- Ensure compliance with International, Federal, State, and Local Aviation Regulations
- Identify and manage station problems, investigate issues, and provide recommendations for operational efficiency to Management
- Develop yearly plans and budgets for the station
- Negotiate and manage airport-specific contracts and quotations, following up on service compliance in accordance with existing contracts
- Initiate service recovery efforts in the event of operational irregularities in cooperation with Operational Dispatch
- Verify and approve all station-related invoices and report any discrepancies
- Participate in station staff recruitment and disciplinary processes
