## Title: State Support Officer

Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The State Support Officer is responsible for coordinating the delivery of responsive, effective, and efficient support and administrative services for the project's activities within the state. Under the guidance of the State Team Lead, the successful candidate will provide essential administrative and logistical support to the project's workstreams while ensuring resource stewardship and a commitment to high-quality service are embedded within administrative systems and procedures.

Contract Details

12 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee and report on activities and necessary resources to guarantee cost-effective and high-quality project execution
  • Ensure administrative systems and processes align with organizational standards
  • Act as a liaison with relevant team members to facilitate smooth communication
  • Interact with external stakeholders (government officials, landlords, service providers, etc.) regarding assigned administrative issues
  • Ensure the procurement of office supplies and asset management systems is fully compliant
  • Identify safety concerns and maintain a safe and secure work environment
  • Organize the provision of travel and logistics support and services for staff, project participants, and visitors
  • Coordinate event planning activities, including training sessions and workshops
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum of five years' work experience in office administration or a related function
  • Demonstrated experience in store management and supporting procurement activities
  • IT literacy with excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Office in general
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities
