We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Position Overview:
  • The State Marketer will be responsible for introducing, promoting, and generating demand for Prefran Cassovita within their assigned state.
  • This role is ideal for a proactive individual who understands local markets and is comfortable working on a performance-based (commission) structure.
  • The marketer will focus on wholesalers and retailers onboarding, consumer awareness, order generation, and feedback collection, acting as the brand’s frontline representative in the state.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote Prefran Cassovita to wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, food vendors, and end consumers.
  • Visit markets, shops, eateries, and relevant outlets to introduce the product.
  • Conduct product sampling and demonstrations where necessary.
  • Generate pre-orders, direct sales, and repeat orders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retailers and customers.
  • Promote the product through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and local community groups.
  • Collect market feedback on pricing, packaging, and consumer preferences.
  • Submit weekly activity and sales reports.
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times.
Education: al Qualification
  • Minimum of SSCE / OND / NCE/ BSc
  • Higher qualifications are an added advantage but NOT COMPULSORY.
Experience:
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, FMCG, or field marketing is an advantage.
  • Experience selling food products, groceries, or household items is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates with strong sales ability and motivation are encouraged to apply.
Other Requirements:
  • Must reside in the assigned state
  • Must be mobile and willing to move around markets and retail areas
  • Own smartphone is required
  • Honest, reliable, and disciplined
  • Passion for food, health, or consumer products is an added advantage
