Spraying Supervisor

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: - We are seeking an experienced Spraying Supervisor to oversee all furniture spraying and finishing operations. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality finishes, efficient production flow, proper material usage, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily spraying and finishing activities on the factory floor - Ensure furniture surfaces are properly prepared, sprayed, and finished to standard - Monitor quality of paint, lacquer, polish, and finishing outputs - Allocate work to sprayers and ensure production targets are met - Control usage of paints, thinners, and finishing materials to reduce waste - Enforce health and safety procedures in the spraying section - Inspect finished products and address defects promptly - Train and guide sprayers on proper techniques and equipment handling Requirements: - Candidates should possess an HND / Trade Test / Technical Certificate with 4-5 years hands-on experience in furniture spraying and finishing - At least 2 years supervisory or team lead experience - Strong knowledge of spray guns, finishes, paints, lacquers, and polish - Good leadership, attention to detail, and time management skills.
