Spare Parts Associate

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the spare parts department. - Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and prompt replenishment. - Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and competitive pricing. - Ensure timely availability of parts for workshop and retail customers. - Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to reduce variance and loss. - Develop sales strategies to increase spare parts turnover and profitability. - Prepare weekly and monthly reports on stock movement, sales, and inventory performance. - Coordinate with the service team to understand parts needs and service schedules. - Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all spare parts. - Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent aftersales support. - Train and mentor spare parts staff to meet performance targets. - Monitor market trends and competitors to guide forecasting and purchasing. Required Qualifications: - Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years experience.
