## Title: Spare Parts Advisor

Position Summary

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. You will handle parts sales and service inquiries on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that customers receive the correct parts on time.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Handle parts sales and service (workshop) inquiries on a day-to-day basis
  • Prepare estimations and pricing in adequate time to satisfy customer needs
  • Monitor bins and determine which parts need reordering
  • Monitor lost sales for inventory control
  • Apply knowledge of procedures for ordering special parts
  • Work towards department objectives to achieve sales targets

Qualifications

  • B.Sc./HND, preferably with an Engineering background
  • 5 years of experience in a reputable company dealing with automotive parts, sales, and service
  • Familiarity with automobile products, sales, and service
  • Proficiency in computer applications and inventory management software
  • Good knowledge of Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) systems
  • Strong computer operations skills
