Core Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise spa staff, including therapists and receptionists
• Operational Oversight: Manage the daily flow of the spa, ensure cleanliness and maintenance, and maintain inventory and supplies
• Financial Management: Oversee budgets, track profitability, and analyze financial reports
• Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business and revenue
• Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service, handle complaints professionally, and create a relaxing atmosphere for guests
• Compliance: Ensure the spa complies with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Staff Training and Quality Assurance: Conduct staff training and ensure all services meet high standards of quality and safety

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification
• 3–4 years of relevant experience
