## Title: Solutions Sales Manager

Role Description

The Solutions Sales Manager is an integral part of our business strategy, responsible for product line contribution as a business unit. This extends from increasing profitability of existing products and solutions to developing new solutions for the company.

The primary responsibilities include establishing strong, trust-based relationships with clients and vendors. The Solutions Sales Manager will close on qualified opportunities referred by Client Managers and executives while actively collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets in assigned product and solution lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and vendors

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets in assigned product lines
  • Increase profitability of existing products and solutions
  • Develop new solutions for the company

Required Qualifications

  • Strategic perspective with strong understanding of market and client needs
  • Excellent solution sales and business development skills
  • Strong technology background with comprehensive knowledge of Enterprise Observability and Digital Infrastructure Management, including:
    • AI-based IT Operations (AIOps)
    • Digital Experience Monitoring
    • Application Performance Monitoring
    • Network Monitoring
    • Virtualization and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure
    • Datacenter and Cloud Computing
    • DevOps Technologies
    • Enterprise Backup and Recovery Solutions
    • Storage Management Solutions
    • Data and Site Replication and Recovery Solutions
  • Unique blend of business and technical expertise with big-picture vision
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage changing priorities effectively
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage priorities within established timeframes
  • Strong work ethic with drive for excellence
