## Title: Solutions Account Manager (Technical)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly ambitious and creative ERP Solutions Implementation & Support Engineer to join our team in fulfilling our mission to manage clients using Brokerage, Portfolio/Fund Management, Mobile App, and ERP platforms. You will also support major fintech companies building on top of the InfoWARE platform services.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all new client implementations and serve as the bridge between clients and the company to ensure smooth implementation and met expectations
- Develop expertise in all product implementations, key challenges involved in rollouts, and risk mitigation strategies
- Work closely with the CEO, Head of Product, and Head of Software Development to ensure coherence in product rollout strategy and go-live processes
- Act as the primary technical contact for corporate customers, delivering advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions, including issues escalated to senior management
- Collaborate across teams and products to resolve customer technical issues by working with colleagues from other departments as needed
- Partner with subject matter experts and escalation managers when additional support is required
- Manage critical issues by setting appropriate customer expectations, developing and implementing action plans, and professionally communicating with all parties involved
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or other Physical Sciences
- 1–3 years of work experience
- Completion of NYSC (National Youth Service Corps)
- Fintech industry experience (preferred)
