Position Overview

You will be responsible for scoping, designing, and developing Bills of Materials with pricing for solutions relating to Networks & Collaboration Solutions and Intelligent Building Management Systems. You will architect solutions for other areas as the company deems fit from time to time.

Your goal is to win customers with innovative solutions that solve their problems at a competitive price point without compromising quality and integrity. You will interface with external vendors, OEMs, and the sales team to ensure optimum performance of the solution areas within your portfolio.

You will guide the company on technological trends in your areas of responsibility and be responsible for achieving the financial targets of the business for the solutions you manage. You will be part of a team designing and developing scalable solutions aligned with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via email, phone, and physical meetings for initial requirement capture
• Scope technical solutions proactively to address customer requirements, assess met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and company
• Develop Bills of Materials with competitive pricing for Networks & Collaboration Solutions and Intelligent Building Management Systems
• Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, in-market field sellers, and partners within your area of concentration
• Keep up to date with OEM product announcements, sales incentives, and programs under your area of coverage
• Support the sales team, prioritizing efforts based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit
• Evaluate solution performance as directed by the organization

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of Compute, Backup/DR, System, and Microsoft Solutions
• Knowledge of Network, Wireless, Collaboration, and Security Solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Financial acumen and ability to meet business targets
