Compensation

Salary: 199,000 Net

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission SHS components (solar panels, batteries, DC appliances, wiring, etc.) per company and manufacturer standards
• Troubleshoot system faults and escalate where necessary
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures during installations
• Provide basic training to end users on SHS system usage and maintenance
• Document completed work, tools used, and customer feedback
• Communicate field updates to sales supervisors and team leads
• Support proper inventory handling and product care

Requirements

• Minimum of O-Level qualification (WAEC or NECO)
• OND/Technical Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Electrical installation certification (Trade Test, NABTEB, or equivalent)
• 1–3 years of proven experience in solar system installation, especially SHS and off-grid projects
• Familiarity with DC wiring, PV modules, inverters, charge controllers, and battery systems
