## Title: Software Implementation Officer
About the Role
An IT Software Implementation Officer is responsible for deploying, configuring, and optimizing software solutions within our organization and for our clients. This role ensures that software solutions meet business requirements and function effectively post-implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and customize software solutions based on business needs
- Ensure software compatibility with existing IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve software deployment issues
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth software adoption
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting
- Create user guides, manuals, and training materials
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new software with existing systems
- Perform system testing, debugging, and quality assurance before full deployment
- Ensure data migration and system transition processes are seamless
- Work with development teams to optimize software functionality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division)
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
