Role Summary The Social Media & Content Storyteller is responsible for humanizing the Genade Homes brand through compelling visual and written narratives. You will be the creative force behind our digital presence, turning property listings into aspirational lifestyles that resonate with our target audience Key Responsibilities: - Narrative Strategy: Develop and create high-quality advertising campaigns that tell a story to increase brand awareness. - Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics and video content for various social media needs - Social Management: Manage and schedule storytelling content across multiple platforms. - Digital Growth: Grow our social media presence by increasing followers and conversion through engaging narratives. - Virtual Storytelling: Create property listings, virtual tours, and other marketing materials that showcase the "home" experience. - Visual Identity: Ensure all designs and stories are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity. - Executive Branding: Manage the director's official social media accounts to build thought leadership. - Trend Integration: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media and Ads management.
