We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the storytelling, creative direction and vision for all project documentaries, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand identity.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan, create, and manage content calendars across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the design,production,marketing, and operations teams to produce engaging visuals.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Manage online community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally
  • Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
  • Optimise content and campaigns based on insights and performance data
  • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns.
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all platforms
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry tren
  • Ensure the production of high-quality content that enhances the reputation of the Al-Treuhand brand.
  • Develop compelling narratives that communicate the impact of constructionand architectural projects and their value to our clients.
  • Create, direct, and edit high-quality videos, including promotional materials, client project documentaries, and social media content.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, software, and industry innovations to continuously bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Maintain compliance with copyright regulations by securing rights for video, images, and soundtracks.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2to 5 years experience managing social media accounts for a brand.
  • Proven experience growing social media accounts and engagement
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills is an added advantage
  • A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of color, typography, layout, and composition.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and feedback.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
