About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute daily posting schedules across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Visit the café 3 times weekly to capture content
- Create short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) aligned with FitLife Café's brand style
- Manage social media interactions and grow audience engagement
- Analyze insights and adjust strategies for optimal engagement
- Collaborate with influencers to expand brand visibility
- Promote events, menu launches, and special offers
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience managing social media for a food, wellness, or lifestyle brand
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, iShot, or similar content creation tools
- Strong visual, writing, and storytelling skills
- Creative, organized, and self-motivated mindset
