Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and hard-working Social Media Manager to handle all our social media platforms and support brand growth through strategic digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement deliberate social media planning, strategy, and goal setting
Schedule meetings and appointments
Build brand awareness and manage online reputation
Manage content across all social media platforms
Optimize for search engines (SEO) and generate inbound traffic
Cultivate leads and drive sales through social channels
Monitor and manage online reputation
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and outreach
Present, promote, and sell products/services using compelling arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Requirements

SSCE, OND, HND, or BSc Degree
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Extensive experience in customer care
Ability to work under pressure
Strong computer literacy
Ability to work independently without supervision
