About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to lead social media strategy and execution across Snapchat and X platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of Snapchat and X accounts, ensuring consistent posting, audience engagement, and brand alignment
• Ideate and create fun, trendy, and shareable content — from witty tweets to engaging Snapchat stories — tailored to each platform
• Engage with followers in real-time, join trending conversations, and strengthen the organization's online voice
• Support major campaigns (Black Friday, Lagos Cocktail Week, giveaways, product launches) with platform-specific content
• Stay on top of trending hashtags, memes, and cultural moments, translating them into timely and relevant content
• Track platform KPIs (engagement, reach, follower growth, click-through rates) and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team (designers, performance marketers, influencer managers) to create cohesive campaigns across channels

Requirements

• SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc. degree qualification
• 0–2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, or customer service
• Strong attention to detail, honesty, and excellent communication skills
• Proximity to Osapa London
