## Title: Social Media Manager (NYSC Corps Member)

About the Role

WildFire B.S Ltd is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team as an NYSC Corps Member. You will work closely with our strategy and creative teams to manage social media pages for clients across multiple industries. This role is ideal for a smart, tech-savvy, and passionate professional who is ready to learn fast, execute boldly, and grow within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activities of clients' social media pages (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content across platforms
  • Develop monthly content calendars and basic content strategies tailored to different client needs
  • Edit short-form video content using mobile or desktop software
  • Design clean and visually appealing social media creatives using Canva or similar tools
  • Monitor page performance, track analytics, and suggest improvements
  • Engage with audiences across platforms and respond to comments and messages professionally
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, content strategists, developers) to bring campaigns to life
  • Stay updated with social media trends, audio patterns, and new platform features
  • Implement feedback quickly and continuously improve content quality and performance

Requirements

  • Must be a current NYSC Corps Member serving in Lagos (or about to resume NYSC)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
  • Basic skills in design and video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar tools)
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to plan and execute monthly content calendars
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Highly proactive, eager to learn, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Open to feedback, team collaboration, and continuous improvement

Nice to Have

  • Experience with copywriting, content strategy, or community management
