About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Social Media Manager. You will be responsible for creating compelling content across all social media platforms and driving brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging content strategies tailored to various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage the brand's online community to foster relationships and enhance customer loyalty
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Create comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant
- Work closely with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey the brand's voice effectively
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with the target audience
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and graphic design software is a plus
