About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, promoting property listings, growing our audience, and generating leads through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos for property listings and brand awareness
• Develop and execute social media content calendars
• Write compelling captions and property descriptions
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Run and manage social media ads to generate leads and promote listings
• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Stay updated with social media trends and real estate marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support business goals

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Experience managing business social media accounts (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Strong content creation skills (graphics, short videos, reels)
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Basic knowledge of social media ads and analytics
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation

Monthly salary: N200,000
