Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating digital content across various social media platforms for our diverse brand portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 5 social media accounts
• Implement social media strategies aligned with specific business goals
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily
• Create strategic hashtags, captions, content calendars, and posting schedules
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions
• Track and measure insights and analytics for performance optimization
• Communicate with followers and customers, responding to queries in a timely manner
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback
• Provide data analysis and metric reporting for client pages

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–6 years of work experience
• Ability to manage up to 5 social media accounts simultaneously
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
• Proficiency in various social media platforms
• Strong data analysis and metric reporting capabilities
• Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Ability to work remotely
• Smartphone, laptop, and reliable access to electricity and internet connection

Salary

N60,000 – N70,000 per month
