About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to own our online presence. You will be responsible for defining our social strategy, growing our community, and driving meaningful engagement across all major platforms. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, compelling content creation, and data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals
• Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, image, video) tailored for major social media platforms
• Actively monitor, respond to, and foster a positive, growing online community
• Manage crisis communications and customer feedback on social channels
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize performance and strategy
• Stay current with platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven experience managing and growing brand social media accounts
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
• Demonstrable ability to translate data and insights into actionable content strategies
• Strong understanding of current social media marketing landscape and platform algorithms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
