Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our brand's presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, building online communities, and driving conversations that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (posts, stories, videos, reels, etc.)
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
• Manage paid social media campaigns to boost reach and engagement
• Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.)
• Stay up to date with social trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand voice

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills
• Understanding of social media analytics and insights
• Creative mindset with a passion for trends and digital culture
